RETURNS

Due to all items being printed to order, we cannot, under any circumstance, offer a refund or exchange. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your items, please do get in touch to discuss.

SHIPPING

FRAMES - are only available to customers in the UK, EU, Australia and USA. Please do not order framed items if you do not reside in one of these regions.

UN-FRAMED PRINTS - are available worldwide.

We have printing and framing labs in the UK, EU, USA and Australia. Your order will be produced and shipped from the closest facility. 

All orders are shipped without any branding or invoices included. We are not able to add special notes for gift items, nor gift wrap. 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

(If you place your order AFTER 3pm UK time on a Friday, it will not be processed until the Monday. We are  closed over weekends.)

SHIPPING COSTS

For an accurate delivery cost, please add your items to the cart and proceed to check out. To change the currency, please use the currency converter located in the top left of the website.

IMPORT TAXES

For customers that do not reside in the UK, EU, USA or Australia, please note that you are responsible for any import taxes your own country will charge you for receiving your order. I do not have this information and cannot advise how much this will cost - so please research this via your governments own website. The value shown on the export documentation will reflect my fulfilment companies cost price and not the retail value you have paid. Thank you. 

PACKAGING 

Mobile Phone Covers | packaged in a robust cardboard box, small enough to fit through your letterbox. 

Un-framed prints | wrapped in protective paper and then shipped in a robust postal tube. Please be careful when unpacking prints - we cannot be held responsible for any damage created by yourselves whilst unpacking - this includes dents and dirty marks.

Framed prints wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy-duty cardboard box. 

SHIPPING PROVIDERS

We use local postal services and couriers for all deliveries. If you have specific requirements, please get in touch prior to placing your order.
