Refund policy
NO RETURNS: Due to all items being made-to-order or bespoke, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
However, if your order arrived damaged or defective, please reply to your order confirmation email and someone will be in touch within 24 hours.
Under UK trading standards and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, made-to-order, custom-made, or personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day "cooling-off" period. This means if you have changed your mind (e.g., wrong size, wrong colour, or no longer want it), you do not have a legal right to a return or refund, provided the item is not faulty.
