We offer 3 different types of products for UK customers:
1. Unframed Prints - arrive with you within 5-7 business days on standard or express shipping options, NOT BUDGET
2. Framed Print - arrive with you within 5-10 business days on standard or express shipping options, NOT BUDGET
3. Custom Framed Art - 10 business days
Custom framed products are ANY FRAME that IS NOT the plain natural wood, white or black standard framing. Custom frames include all coloured / hand painted frames, wood effects, gold or embellished frames.

RETURNS
Due to all items being made to order, we cannot, under any circumstance, offer a refund or exchange. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your items or your order arrived damaged in transit, please hold onto all packaging and reply to your order email for assistance.
CANCELLATIONS
Products are automatically printed to order by our manufacturer within 30 minutes of you completing payment. If you realise you have made an error, please reply to your order email immediately, so that we can try and assist. After this time, or if you order has already been printed, we cannot cancel or amend. This includes amending shipping addresses. We cannot be held responsible if PayPal, Shopify Pay or auto-fill settings on your device input an old shipping address or a non-complete address, though we do try to help where we can, when customers contact us immediately.
GIFTING
All orders are shipped without any branding or invoices included, so recipients will not see pricing. Unfortunately, we are not able to add special notes for gift items, nor gift wrap.

We offer 3 types of product for US customers:
1. Unframed Prints - printed and shipped in the USA. Arrives within 5-7 business days on standard or express shipping options, NOT BUDGET
PLEASE NOTE - "Overnight" will still take circa 5 days to arrive, so we do not recommend choosing this shipping option
2. Framed Prints - printed, framed and shipped in the USA. Arrives within 7-10 business days on standard or express shipping options, NOT BUDGET. This is for our STANDARD framing option, the plain natural wood, white or black
PLEASE NOTE - "Overnight" will still take circa 5 days to arrive, so we do not recommend choosing this shipping option
3. CUSTOM Framed Art - SHIPPED FROM THE UK, you may incur import charges. Arrives within 10-15 business days, fully tracked. Shipped with Royal Mail, and final delivery by USPS. Custom frames are any frame that is Gold, painted, coloured, ornate or wood effect. If you are unsure, please get in touch BEFORE placing your order.
